Già in precedenza, vi avevamo informato delle categorie in cui Robert era stato nominato per gli Spike Scream Award 2010 che si terranno il prossimo 19 Ottobre. Robert Pattinson non parteciperà all'evento e lascerà sole le co-stars in Twilight, al momento confermate, : Kristen Stewart, Nikki Reed e Ashley Greene.
